What causes the error

You selected Custom room list in the Room field when adding or editing the lesson, but no rooms were selected—or none are available for that lesson.

How to fix it

You have two options:

1. Check room configuration – Go to the rooms section and ensure rooms are properly set up. If at least one room is available for the specific subject, teacher, and class (e.g. Math, Teacher A, class 5B), it should appear in the list.
2. Skip room assignment – If you don’t need a room for this lesson, set the Room field to “Ignore.”
