Assign subgroup lessons using Quick Add

Quick Add lets you enter lots of lessons quickly in a table — including lessons for specific subgroups.

Go to Lessons → Quick Add to get started.

Groups column

The Groups column supports both full classes and subgroups. Subgroups are visually distinguished so you can tell them apart at a glance.

How to pick a subgroup

Click a cell in the Groups column to open the menu. You'll see all your classes with their subgroups listed by division. Click the subgroup you want. You can add multiple subgroups or mix classes and subgroups on a single row.

Keyboard shortcuts

• Tab: Move to the next cell.
• Enter: Confirm your selection and jump to the next row.

Example

Here's what it looks like assigning French and Spanish subgroups from class 10B:

Teacher	Subject	Groups	Lessons/week
Pierre Martin	French	10B-French	3
Carlos García	Spanish	10B-Spanish	3

Because both lessons belong to the same division, we'll schedule them in parallel so students in 10B don't get gaps.
