Bulk editing and deleting classes

If you need to update several classes at once, you can use the checkboxes in the Classes list. This is a great way to save time when making broad changes to your school's schedule.

Bulk edit

Just select the classes you want to change and start a bulk edit. You can modify these fields:

Field	Description
Starting hour	The earliest time a class can start their lessons.
Ending hour	The latest time a class can finish their lessons.
The lessons start at the latest at	The last period where a new lesson can begin.
Min. number of lessons / day	The fewest lessons a class should have each day (set to 0 if there's no minimum).
Max. number of lessons / day	The most lessons a class is allowed to have each day.

We'll only update the fields you actually change. Any fields you leave alone will keep their current values.

Bulk delete

To remove multiple classes, just select the ones you want to delete and choose the bulk delete action. We'll show you a confirmation prompt before they're permanently removed.
