To achieve this, we use the lesson's importance. An important lesson will be scheduled earlier in the timetable.

What is lesson importance?

Importance is a label you assign to a lesson to indicate its priority. This helps the app understand that the lesson is particularly significant for you and your students.

Why is importance useful?

Horarium uses this information to:

• Place high-importance lessons earlier in the timetable.
• Avoid scheduling multiple high-importance lessons on the same day, making it easier for students to focus.

How do I set the importance?

Go to Lessons > Edit and adjust the Importance field.

What is the default importance of a lesson?

• When importing lessons from an Excel file, a lesson’s importance is higher if its frequency is greater.
• When adding lessons directly through the app, the default setting is "Important."
