How to configure rooms

First, navigate to the Rooms section.

• If this is your first timetable, you can add rooms during the Lessons step.
• If you already have timetables created, access Rooms from the main menu.

You can quickly add rooms by selecting the building and entering the room name, or choose a more detailed configuration by adding rooms individually.

When setting up a room, you can specify:

• Which classes are allowed to use the room
• Which teachers can teach in the room
• Which subjects can be taught in the room

This configuration is especially important when lessons use the Default room selection.
