What causes this error

A lesson has a pinned room that no longer exists in the current rooms list.

The most common scenario is regenerating/evaluating a timetable after a room was deleted or renamed. The previous generation pinned this lesson to a specific room, but that room has since been removed. When you regenerate, the scheduler cannot find it.

How to fix it

1. Unpin the room — Open the timetable editor, find the lesson, and remove the room pin. The scheduler will assign an available room automatically.
2. Restore the room — If the deletion was accidental, go to the Rooms section and re-add the room with the exact same name shown in the error, then regenerate/evaluate.
