Lesson 'Drama' for group '8C': the pinned time slot (Monday 09:00) is not in the list of available periods.
Last updated: Mar 23, 2026
At a glance
A manually placed lesson is pinned to a time that is now blocked or unavailable.
What causes this error
A lesson was pinned to a specific time slot, but that slot is no longer available for this lesson.
The most common scenario is regenerating/evaluating a timetable after the configuration changed. If you modified the school periods, adjusted the class's Starting/Ending timeslot rules, or added unavailable periods after the previous generation, the time where the lesson was pinned may no longer exist or may now be blocked.
Other causes:
- The class's allowed time range was narrowed after the lesson was pinned.
- Unavailable periods were added to the class that now cover the pinned slot.
How to fix it
Case 1 — School periods changed since the timetable was generated:
There are two directions you can take:
- Adapt the timetable: Open the timetable editor, find the lesson, and unpin it or move it to a currently valid slot.
- Adapt the school configuration: Go to School Config → Periods and restore the period that was removed, so the pinned slot becomes valid again.
Case 2 — School periods have not changed:
The pinned slot exists but is blocked by the class configuration. Check the following in Classes for the affected class:
- Unavailable periods — remove any unavailable period restriction that covers the pinned slot.
- Starting/Ending hour — widen the active time range if it no longer includes the pinned slot.
