What causes this error

A lesson is pinned to a specific room, but that room is no longer in the list of eligible rooms for this lesson.

The most common scenario is regenerating/evaluating a timetable after room restrictions changed. If you updated which rooms are allowed for a lesson, or changed room capacity or type settings after the previous generation, the pinned room may no longer be valid.

Other causes:

• The room was manually removed from the lesson's eligible rooms list.
• The room's capacity or type was changed to make it ineligible for this lesson.

How to fix it

1. Unpin the room — Open the timetable editor, find the lesson, and remove the room pin. The scheduler will assign an eligible room automatically. This is the simplest fix when regenerating after configuration changes.
2. Add the room back — In the Lessons section, add the pinned room back to the list of eligible rooms for this lesson, then re-pin in the timetable editor.
