What causes this error

A lesson is pinned to a specific teacher, but that teacher is no longer in the list of eligible teachers for this lesson.

The most common scenario is regenerating/evaluating a timetable after the lesson or teacher configuration changed. If you updated which teachers are allowed for a lesson, or changed a teacher's subject eligibility after the previous generation, the pinned teacher may no longer be valid.

Other causes:

• The teacher was manually removed from the lesson's eligible teachers list.
• The teacher's allowed subjects were changed to exclude this lesson's subject.

How to fix it

1. Unpin the teacher — Open the timetable editor, find the lesson, and remove the teacher pin. The scheduler will assign an eligible teacher automatically. This is the simplest fix when regenerating after configuration changes.
2. Restore the teacher's eligibility — Go to the Teachers section, find the teacher, and make sure they are configured to teach this subject. Then re-pin the lesson in the timetable editor.
