What causes this error

The class has a rule requiring a minimum number of lessons per day (Min. number of lessons per day). On the specified day, the number of hard-blocked unavailable periods leaves fewer free slots than the minimum required.

For example, if the school day has 8 periods and 6 of them are marked as unavailable for this class on Monday, only 2 slots remain — but the minimum is 4.

How to fix it

1. Reduce the minimum — Go to Classes, edit the affected class, and lower the Min. number of lessons per day rule to fit within the available slots.
2. Free up slots — Go to Classes, edit the affected class, and remove unnecessary unavailable periods for the affected day.
